Hello! my boyfriend got a ticket for this weekend in Loudoun County and the police officer who was doing 75/45. Considered reckless driving. Do you have to have a lawyer with him the day of court? Also police officer doesn't have to put the speed he was doing on the ticket, so it is a crime … Because they have to prove he was speeding is not? Anyone with advice please help!
