louisiana speeding penalties
What are the possible penalties for getting a speeding ticket going 90 mph in a 45 zone?

I live in Louisiana and I recieved a speeding ticket from the Louisiana State Police. My ticket is a 90 in a 45 zone and I have a mandatory court summons in June. What are some of the penalties for such a severe speeding ticket? Any advice for how to handle my situation would also be greatly appreciated.

thanks

thats an auto arrest where i live thats double the posted limit

repeat after me goodbye license

you will most likely serve some jail time

for the following
reckless driving
unsafe speed.
careless abandon
reckless endangerment
public nuisance
and more

if someone had pulled out in front of you they and possibly you would be dead
roads have speed limits for a reason start following them or walk. we dont need stupid people like you on the roadways

in fact walk the roads are safer with you on foot.

remember the life you saVE BY SLOWING DOWN COULD BE YOUR OWN

driving is a privilege not a right and you dont deserve it

penalties are
jail time
heavy fines greater than 2000 dollars
loss of license
community service
points on your license
insurance premium raise expect a large one
insurance company could drop you all together
restricted driving privileges( you dont deserve to drive period)
driving school
court appointed therapy
