Ma Speeding Ticket Insurance
2001
Caught speeding in my home state, moving to a new state, which points to a new transfer?
Hi folks, last week was captured speeding in my home state of the TV and just over a month I will be moving permanently to MA. 5 years ago he was caught speeding outside the state and was given a ticket for 3 points on it. I paid the fine, but given the points never hit my driving record. Later I learned that TV does not show state traffic violations from your record. Now because I was trapped in my home state of endpoints on my TV record. However, I was thinking that if contest entries at the moment it is the court, to be the holder of a MA license and so technically be a violation of traffic conditions …… pay the fine and points of fortune will not appear on my MA driving record. Ok I know this is a real stretch, but I thought I would ask. The thing is that they are paralyzed by medical bills for my wife so my credit is shot to hell and the last thing we need is that my insurance company to have two excuses for increase my premium
I'm not familiar with the laws exist, but … Most states do not transfer points. To my knowledge I have! But if … the fight against ticket may be your best bet. Good luck (mutters something bad about the insurance companies)
