Question for police – was arrested ma?

Hey cops, I have a question for you. My mother was arrested the other day in our city. She I was not doing anything wrong. She was alone and she was speeding, swerving, did not break any laws. (She's always a good driver and has never received a fine of up date.) was a state trooper who pulled her over. When he reached the window, asked for his license only – not applied for registration. She asked what was done wrong and the soldier replied. He just handed the license back and told him he could go. Do you know why he stopped?
