Is it time for a third satire in the American electoral system (read details)?

In Canada, from 1960 until early 1990, there was a satirical feast called "The Rhinoceros Party." His main platform was "a promise to keep none of our promises." The party claims that the rhinoceros was an appropriate symbol for a political party since politicians, by nature, are "thick-skinned, slow moving, low lights, can move fast as hell when in danger, and have large, hairy horns arising from the middle of their faces. "Her platform includes pledges such as: repealing the law of gravity reducing the speed of light because it is too fast, paving Manitoba to create the world's largest parking providing higher education by building more high schools, and the institution, French and illiteracy of English as official language Canada, three. In some constituencies the party came in second. What do you think the United States? Is it time to vote Rhino? Or is the strangeness that the electoral system and the leaders Americal results (eg, Dubya) made it impossible to satire?

Maybe not impossible, but certainly redundant.
