What happens if I miss a speeding ticket?

I live in Maryland. I have two violations on 06 February and one in October 7. Eachiolation led to a point. its been more than two years after the first two points to be out of my license by now? Well anyway, my main problem But I have received a ticket for a traffic camera, I was an idiot and has not paid immediately and its been months now and I can not find the letter to me. Anyone know where I can go to find out how much I pay and the damn ticket?
