Massachusetts Speeding Ticket Hearing
2010

Appealing a speeding ticket in Massachusetts? Please help?
I recently got fined $150 for allegedly going 45mph in a 30 zone, and it is my belief that the police officer’s stated speed of my vehicle was inaccurate. I think I was going 35-38 at most.
I am going to request a hearing to try and appeal the ticket. What exactly goes on at the hearing procedurally? What does the court magistrate look for when he/she lets you off the hook? Any advice?
If you are not familiar with speeding tickets/violations in Massachusetts, please don’t answer, as your state my have different policies and procedures. Thanks.
state your name as Kennedy and you will get a suspended sentence for driving drunk, manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident and be elected Senator. otherwise you are screwed..maybe raped by a Kennedy..
