md speeding fines
NC speeding ticket. . . need help/advice?

I got a ticket doing 84 in a 60. . .
Should I do get a lawyer?
I heard about a no lo plea or p b j I was wondering how they work.
I live in GA but was doing work in NC during this time.
I had a speeding ticket in MD before i don’t know if that has anything to do with being about to use no lo plea or p b j? What normal fine and other issues that will happen as a result of it?

Any help would be Great.

Speeding is the least of your worries at this point.

The 84 in a 60 is reckless driving in North Carolina. (Over 15 mph over the speed limit, or over 80 mph is reckless driving there.)

You have a MINIMUM of a 30 day license suspension coming. Typically, a reckless driving conviction may also include a day or two in jail, a fine that can exceed $500, and a substantial increase in your insurance premiums.

You need a lawyer.
