Help with a speeding ticket. I appeal a speeding ticket in MD?

I was wondering if anyone can help me? I have a speeding ticket will 39 in a 30 mph zone, went to court today to plead not guilty. But unfortunately, the judge ruled in my favor and I was found guilty by a point and fines. Should I appeal given that the speed limit has not been published which stopped?

You can try, but doubt if it will. Unless you can prove that speed limit signs were not published within the required distance from each other. Maybe come on the road between the signs and do not see them. Good luck.
