Got a speeding ticket (70 in a 55) in Mecklenburg Cty VA – will it go on my MD license & increase my insurance

Three weeks ago I got a speeding ticket (70 in a 55) in Mecklenburg County VA – will it go on my Maryland license? Will it increase my insurance (I have Geico)? My driving record is clean otherwise. What should I do? Plead guilty? Go to court and fight it? HELP!

yes it is going to show up in whatever state you live. it goes onto your drivers license and when Geico pulls your DMV report again its goin gto show up
