Mi Speeding Fines
2005

06 ford f150 whining from front of truck w/o moving, it increases w/ engine speed. Has 55,000 mi.?
I’m not sure if it’s a p/s pump, alternator, or torque converter. It’s full on all it’s fluids and is only a couple years old. It started all the sudden. It doesn’t change pitch when turning the steering wheel so it doesn’t sound like a p/s pump to me. It still seems to have the same amount of power and shifts fine. Any ideas?
I have yet to change the Serpentine belt however it’s not cracker or anything. Also if I spray it w/ lube while the truck is running the sound does not go away.
When was the last time you had the Serpentine Belt changed, if it’s original, change it before it breaks, and strands you on the side of the road
