Liens and order of the Court deny?

Without going into too much detail, I received a traffic ticket driving through A county is notorious for issuing in Minnesota. If I appear in court, I'm sure I can get this ticket dismissed entirely by a series of very valid reasons (including the fact that he was not speeding!). The problem with traveling to and from this city will cost a lot more of me the ticket. "There is some way to pay your ticket, without a plea of guilt and waiving my rights to: 1. A Test 2. Representation by a lawyer 3. Be presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt 4. Confront and examine all the witnesses again and 5. Either remain silent or to testify on his behalf. If I can not pay the bill without stir these rights, I guess I can file a civil lawsuit against the Police Department travel / etc once the ticket is dismissed?

You find in either a plea or a plea Alfonso Nolo contendere. However, once you pay the fine, the case would be closed. I suppose you could try reopen the case at some other point, but the cost would be prohibitive. Generally, once you pay the fine, whether you plead guilty or not, you waive your rights to question witnesses … etc.
