Missouri Speeding Tickets Fines

Getting speeding my record in Missouri?

I have a ticket to go in 38 to 25 in Boone County, Missouri last week (note first class for me). I wonder if anyone has had success in getting a ticket removed from your driving record in MO without waiting for three years, so it will not affect to my insurance premiums? I know in some states you can go to traffic school or pay an additional fine, but I had no luck finding anything about that specifically in the state of Missouri. I also read a few articles that recommend going to the court date and hope that the police appears, with the possibility of getting the load fell. Any suggestions for dealing with entries in MO? I know that traffic school is the only certain offenses, but is traffic school an option in Missouri?
