Speeding

I have a speeding ticket in NC but I live in Omaha, NE and Nebraska have a license.?

The officer says I have to pay $ 145 (from 49 in 30 areas, the road from the city in the state). You can do a trial by affidavit. I would try a motion to be moved to the county seat and citing the circumstances surrounding Nebula speed signals conflict. I think they are wise to these "speed traps" and even suggested a certified letter (all letters on this issue must be signed by an acknowledgment of receipt) to Senator appropriate covering the jurisdiction of the State.
