Speeding

I got a speeding ticket doing 78 on 55 mph road…since it was national park, the points wont go on my license?

My question is i was doing 115 mph on 55 mph road…if the cops would have caught me then, wud i be arrested? i was eventually fined 140 dollars…is there some way i can not pay without getting penalty?

Any ticket in a National Park is a Federal offense. If you don’t pay and any local agency stops you and runs your license for what ever reason, a Federal warrant will show up and you will be arrested. Be thankful that the fine was only $140 dollars.
