nc speeding ticket lawyer
I have a speeding ticket from 75 to 55 in North Carolina near the SC border. Should I get a lawyer? Best / worst?

The police was very kind and said he wanted me to go with a date, but "were told …" (Not a complete sentence) as is the Day weekend I have fear I had my license suspended. If I can get a lawyer, how much can I expect this whole thing to cost? Please help! And thanks in advance:) I have no fine mandatory court appearance. State police should get a lawyer and the speed reduction within 9 mph over the limit for me not points insurance. I sought it and above 20 mph in a 55-year mandatory suspension is … so I have to get this reduction if not removed. The soldier is also outside the city, and if not presented in court, it automatically get fired?

Yes, you need a lawyer. Twenty miles per hour over the limit Speed is a serious violation. I recommend that you interview at least 3 or 4 lawyers who have extensive experience successfully defending traffic tickets. I recommend you get the prosecution that you think is best for you. (Edit) the charge be dropped if the officer does not appear in court. If the officer does not appear, unless it is a very minor case, the case is continued or rescheduled. Twenty miles per hour over the speed limit is a very serious violation. It will not be fired if the officer does not appear. One must ask how did the police officer to determine its speed? Was determined by radar? In my case the appointment is based on a radar reading. However, the radar that the police officer I was using was wrong. My lawyer filed in court that the radar was in error. That's why I won my case.,
