I have my first ticket was a speeding ticket in Nevada.?

the ticket says I was 37 to 25 and told me I was 30. when the police took told me how fast you think you would, I said that I think is going 30. I thought I would not use it against me lol. anything you say may be used against you in court of the law or something? What should I do now what I have to pay or go to court? I do not want any points on my license. I get a lawyer? also how do you think the ticket cost?
