Got a speeding ticket in Nevada?

I just got a speeding ticket in Nevada and I live in California. Now I have a few questions. 1. Will my insurance is going to rise because of the speeding ticket in a different state? 2. According to the ticket that says I can not go to driving school to obtain my record if I am a Nevada license unless the driver – is this true? 3. It's my first ticket so I'm not sure how to pay, I just put the money on the envelope the officer gave me that has the address of the court or do so online or what? thanks in advance …

You have to take a class driving school in the state, where the bill comes. You can take an online class. If your insurance will go up if they take a class. Call the courts and ask how pay or go to their website. Should indicate how to pay this way too.
