What Proper Actions Should I Follow To Complain About A Speeding Ticket Without Going To Court?

While I Was Traveling To FL From GA, An Officer Appeared From Nowhere With His Siren Flashing. I Proceeded To Pull Over Because I Thought He Received A Call. As I Pulled Over He Followed Behind Me. I Knew At This Point I Was About To Be Giving A Citation. The Officer Told Me I Was Going 85 In A 70, Did Everything He Told Me To Do. As He Was In His Car, I Thought To Myself I Was Not Going 85, Maybe 80, But Not 85. I Told The Officer That I Couldn’t See How I Was Going 85, So On And So Forth. (I Can Admit That I Was Going 80 & Everyone Else Traveling On A Fourth Of July Weekend)

See Here In GA There Is A New State Law “Super Speeder Law” (To Read More About It Go To http://www.safespeedsgeorgia.org/) I Believe The Officer Wanted Me To At Least Do A Minimum of “85″ Which Would Add And Additional $200 To A Speeding Ticket. I Understand GA Needs Money, However, Law Enforcement Should Not Wrongfully Accuse A Citizen.

You don’t even know how fast you were really going so how can you protest? You were speeding. Period. Pay the fine or go to court to argue. Those are your choices.

Also, why did you take the time to capitalize every singe word you typed? That’s a lot of extra effort for no reason.
