Unsafe Driving On Record? NJ?
Hey, I recently got a 2 ponit speeding ticket. The law for New Jersey is that you can change it to Unsafe Driving. The bonus of this is that there are no points accompanied with it. But, you must pay a lot heaver prices. I did this, taking the “surplus” and changed it to an unsafe driving charge. I’m not sure how it works out. Will the incident show up on my driving record? If yes, will it show up as unsafe driving or my original speeding. Answers only by people who know what they’re talking about please.
