Tickets for improper brake lights in Virginia?

I was stopped for speeding on I-495 in Virginia. The arresting officer told me had been charged with reckless driving, but he gave me a warning instead and gave me a ticket to a stoplight party (section 46.2 of the Act to 1014). I was relieved that I was not charged for speeding, but worried about fixing the brake light all day. When I got home, I tested all lights in the rear of my car and everything seems perfect. Is it possible that I got a ticket to add to your quota without having to screw me over with a driving charge Reckless? And how am I supposed to prove something I fixed that broke in the first place? It is a receipt for a new bulb good enough to get the fines dismissed? Is it need to take my car to the store and to change a light bulb is not broken? Or should I pay the fine of $ 92 and be done with it?

If the lights broken, what needs to be corrected? I like going to the station and ask for a court session. You claim that your reason for the break lights were not broken. If the police know more, that are not listed. No-show, the ticket is cleared and not have to pay for it. But if you do, you explain to the judge and that decided him. No need to get a lawyer. It's just a short session in which the police and tell your side of the story and perhaps reach an agreement if you please. The police not to mention speeding either. Then it would be irresponsible not 'gives him the ticket. The fact that they gave you a used "were not speeding."
