How I can refute traffic violations after I moved to another state?

I recently left New York to Atlanta. I had a parking ticket was issued to me for having no registration, when in fact I just have not updated my window. I also had a fine New Jersey for speeding, you should not add points to my license only a fine to pay. Now I have received a letter saying that was not presented to the court and the fines have been has almost tripled! What, if anything, I can do? I have evidence that had been recorded, but can not attend court. Please help me!
