The speeding ticket in Upstate New York?

I received a speeding ticket in Upstate New York (70 driving 45 mph zone). I live in New Jersey, what are my options to fight it? This is my first post and I would contest. My license number on the ticket is not correct, is a basis for dismissal? Please help ..

They have your name? They have their driver's license number? I realize I do not say they are not guilty. Pay the damn ticket and be glad you had a ticket rather than an accident. Another 5 miles per hour, and Canada have been as serious as drunk driving.
