NJ help speeding ticket?

In New Jersey, to the tables attached to sign posts that say their speed, and then display speed we'll have cameras that can issue the tickets? I was driving past, and a little light was blinking. nothing big like a camera flash. but continues to be a flashing light. too. What if I get a ticket? is the ticket to the person who owned the driver or the car? How does this safe? driving record? I think I was going about 25 hours in an area of 15 also … it was a residential street. I thought that was an area of 25 hours mile. I'd say about 98% of residential streets in New Jersey is 25 miles per hour. but this road was 15 miles per hour. and I did not know until I saw flashing light.

The lights are there to let you know that you are speeding and generally do not have cameras built into them. Light is to draw your attention to the fact that you were exceeding the limit and are usually set to illuminate only when you go 3-5 mph over the posted limit. Used usually in areas where speeding is common, or areas, such as that conducted through, which have abnormally low speed limits.
