What is the rule of Nolo contendere? ?
I have a speeding ticket a couple of years and pleaded no contest and I would again declare nolo for a ticket today. How old do you expect to plead nolo again?
You can claim whatever you want. The question is whether the judge agrees the conviction. There is no advantage to plead guilty to nolo facing a traffic violation.
