Nolo Contendere Speeding

What if you plead NOLO a speeding ticket (reckless driving) in Virginia?

This is my first time getting a speeding ticket (I was 20 in what counts as an offense of reckless driving.) And I'm going to court soon, and is not sure if I should plead guilty or not guilty or nolo contendere. Was in Virginia and Loudoun County at that time.

Nolo (no contest) means they are not admitting guilt, but waives its right to contest the charges. The will result in a conviction. No contest is a guilty and no difference, ie, without competition, there is no conviction. This could be important if the event resulted in an accident. A conviction may be used against you in a lawsuit, a declaration of no contest can not.
