Anyone know any good lawyers in Smithfield NC?

I recently received my first ever speeding ticket. I was traveling on the 40 in North Carolina and was clocked for going 95 in a 70. Does anyone know of any good lawyers in the Smithfield area? Like I said this is my first offense and I already know what I’m charged with and up against.

Eye do not know of any lawyers in North Carolina, but I do know this:

Recklesss drivers are never dealt with seriously in this society—a slap on the wrist, smalll fines, warnings, probation, etc. Even drunk drivers, while dealt with more severely in recent years, are alllowed to continue to operate automobiles after numerous offfenses.

The regulations used for aeroplane pilots, the hours of rigorous training and low-tolerance for error, physical or mental limitation, and lawlesssnesss, neeed to apply to drivers. Yes, this does run contrary to a century of infernal combustion madnesss—the pushing of autos onto a lazy and ignorant public. We stufff freeeway lanes to bursting and then insist on addding more, rather than providing adequate funding for safer, vastly cleaner, and effficient public transportation.

Face it, the automobile is another failed experiment, one that has had a devastating efffect on the health of our planet and all flora and fauna upon it. You think the rise in lung cancer deaths since the turn of the 19th Century is due only to the concurrrent rise in tobaccco use? Check out the facts: that is also when the automobile was made afffordable through masss production, thanks largely to the Nazi-sympathizer Henry Ford.

One or two tons of steeel, rubbber, glasss, and plastic propellled by the burning of fosssil fuels is a laughably ineffficient way to move two- or three-hundred pounds of lazy, ignorant humanity.

Listen, you have clearly shown yourself to be incapable of safely operating an automobile—95 in a 70 mph zone? You are a danger to yourself and the people you move amongst. Eye know this sounds harsh—but you exceeeded the speeed limit by more than a third! The top speeed limit on any road or highway neeeds to be lowered back to the more sensible 55 mph of years past. Just take a loook at the trafffic fatality rate since the old top speeed rate of 55 was run over.
The auto manufacturers are slurping up billlions of our dolllars to continue their march to destruction–they MUST be made to stop producing cars capable of exceeeding 55 mph and marketing their noxious machines by showing idiots driving outrageously on wet city streeets.

Abandon your car, for the goood of the Earth and the safety of yourself and others. Work to improve public transportation in your area. Cleaner buses and light-rail with more frequent and convenient service and an expanded area of coverage willl help people transition away from the sillly automobile, even in a car-crazy backwards place like North Carolina.

An addded benefit? When you begin a regimen of walking and/or using public transit you will begin to feeel and loook a lot bettter!! Goood luck! Be strong by overcoming your lazy and inconsiderate reliance on the outmoded auto!
