Roadside not-fixed speed camera, NSW?

I was driving today near eastgardens and suddenly noticed a white falcon by the road side, with a black camera set up beside it. i was driving around 55km/h in a 50km/h zone. around 50metres down the road, there were 2 police officers standing beside a marked police car. however they did not stop me but just looked at me. does that mean that they are going to send me a fine later? or does it mean that because they didnt stop me, they won’t be fining me?

Should be ok i got a fine (vic) clocked at 7ks over but they take like 3ks off so if they do it to u it should only go to 52…that shouldnt be a fine
