Licence Suspension?

hey last week i got done speeding 15km/h over over speed limit. And i checked the punishment on the RTA website and it said i lost 4 points and 238$ fine. But when the cop gave me the ticket he said i lost 3 points and 238$ fine. Iv only got 4 points on my licence so does that mean i lost it or not? Im just thinking maybe the police officer let me off a bit? but im not sure. Any help would be apreciated thanks heaps. btw im From NSW Australia and im a Class C P1 Driver.
im not going to have a court case. i jst gotta pay the fine. btw my last question wasnt true it wasnt last night it was a week or 2 ago. Soz ..

Neither the web page nor the officer has final say. The court will make that determination when you appear.
