Speeding

Does anyone have a speeding / parking ticket when they and their cars were not in the place of infringement.?

According to Yahoo news Today an Englishman just received a speeding ticket issued in South Australia although he has never been in Australia. Several years ago one of NSW (Australia) Man fined radar from another state, even though I was in a hospital at the time. The make and model of car was good, but not the color. Some years before that gave me a parking ticket outside this state. Had "Toyota" right but not an old Celica looks like a Hilux or Land Cruiser four-wheel drive. I had once lived in the city, but the parking ticket was issued almost a year after they had moved. The car was 1600 miles away at the time and so was I. Anyone else have a parking / speeding ticket in a place where they and their care were not really at the time of the alleged crime? Suspect it is quite common. I'm asking in Cars & Transportation as well.

Right now as we speak there are more than 1,000 cases in the city of Baltimore, written by a company of the police hired to drive around to write tickets and it seems it could not find the criminals that are necessary to, for what is written outside registered in another state and save them for when short on tickets at the end of the month. The lawyer says now is to prosecute all those involved in the scam.
