What if you get a ticket in another state?

I have a ticket for speeding in California, and was 3 miles away from the line State of Nevada and the bill shows I have to appear in court in Barstow, California, where I live in Las Vegas, NV, which is like 200 miles away. So I'm wondering if you get a speeding ticket in another state to live where u, u have to make even apear in court? or send by mail or on your ticket with money? Or how does it work? Thanks

I would not use ticketrelief.com, just because I like the way that claims to be responding to questions when they are actually advertising for your school.
