Speeding

I have recieve a driving ticket in MA. Are these charge going to stay in my driving record?

I have NY license. I got a masschusetts driving ticket was listed, (89-4A) unsafe lane change, (90-13a) no seatbeats, this charge was the only one that have assessment fee of $25, and (90/17) speeding 75mph in a 65 mph zone. The cop said the speeding was an warning. I only pay $25 for all these charge. I want to know is there any points deducted? Is these violation going to stay in my driving record? Thanks for helping!!!

Are you sure there’s not an assessment for the unsafe lane change? That should cost you $100 under Massachusetts law, but maybe it was a warning too.
