Speeding Ticket Guidance?

I got a speeding ticket in NY and i’m from VA. I was cited for speed, “not reasonable and prudent.” It was a local cop (Cornwall) and they didn’t get me with a radar gun and estimated my speed–not very accurate if you ask me. The blank on the ticket for the speed I was going is blank. Should I plead guilty and take the fine or plead not guilty (is there a good chance I could beat this?) If I plead not guilty, I will have trouble making a court date and I really don’t want to pay a lawyer if I can beat this myself.
I got pulled over and the cop asked me how fast i was going and i kept saying the speed limit (45) and she says she estimated me going above 70 but didn’t get it on radar so she couldn’t be sure. I had a passenger who did not know how fast i was going.

“Not reasonable and prudent” is subjective, so there would be no actual speed listed.

Officers are trained in visually estimating speed, so his testimony in court will be credible.
