Where can I find the New York State penalty/Driving violation fee information?
the question is, where can I find the informations about the penalty points and the driving violation fees regarding the:
speed ticket
no seat-belt for child under 16 year old?
DMV of NYS or NYS Department of Transportation websites were really confusing. I cannot find the informations I need.
Another question : would it be better to buy a lawyer or to just pay the fees? I really need help..!
