What is the best way to fight this speeding ticket?

I got busted for doing 70 mph in a 50 mph zone and the cop who wrote like speeding in a work zone. I went to the New York State Department of Transportation web site and print a calendar that shows that there was no work zone that area at the time of entry. Is this sufficient evidence to dispute the charge? is to cancel the entire ticket or what else I have to discuss the burden of excess speed, not just speeding in a loading zone? any help is appreciated.
