can you leave australia with fines?

can you travel aboard with fines like speeding etc..brother is in hospital in nz and is in bad condition. need to go back. would like to no if i can leave with fines?
can you travel abroad with fines ? i.e speeding fines etc or all unpaid bills lol brother is in hospital in nz in bad condition need to go bacck and see him, dont plan on staying there for good. love australia ! and in case your wondering..i cant even afford to go back to nz,,if you ask me question like ‘if you can afford to travel why cant i pay my fines’ lol..do they get you on all your fines or certain fines/bills? i have few fines but am paying them off. if i go back n come back will anythin happen ?

Yep…fines like that aren’t considered a criminal offence but just beware that it could come back to bite you if you ever intend coming back !
