Ohio Police Speeding Tickets
2001

Ohio police can write a ticket if they think they are speeding, is it a good way to make money?
In a communist country, which would and it is. It is not his real name. There is an important fact of the founding fathers of this country, you do not know. Perhaps public schools that were on. The whole country is a joke, and not all that funny.
The police in many jurisdictions are already doing that and sometimes they are wrong. Several years ago I got a ticket for speeding who said I was 20 miles per hour over the speed limit. I was doing 10 miles per hour over the speed limit is not 20 miles per hour over the limit speed. The police officer did not use radar or any other method to determine the speed of my other than to make only a wild guess. I hired a lawyer who has extensive experience successfully fight and win in court cases where people have been wrongly accused of speeding. In court when the prosecutor saw that I was represented by my attorney, the prosecutor immediately made a motion the judge to dismiss the ticket. The judge immediately accepted the request to dismiss my ticket tax. Everything happened so fast I could hardly follow what happened. On leaving the court with my lawyer asked me what happened and why it happened. My lawyer said that police been writing a lot more of these offenses based on nothing more than a guess by the Police Officer and the costs are often much more than they actually did. They know they have a problem with the tickets and do not want to fight him in court with an experienced attorney. I actually would have been willing to plead guilty guilty driving 10 miles per hour over the speed limit, however, the prosecutor and the judge were in a hurry to get to me and my attorney was there it was decided completely rule my ticket instead of accepting a guilty plea even me at 10 miles per hour over the speed limit instead of 20 miles per hour over the limit that was charged.
