What’s the fine for speeding 16 miles over in Ohio?
I was going 41 in a 25, should I fight the ticket or just pay it? I need to know how much the ticket would be if I did pay? Help me please?
Also the cop didn’t have his lights on which i am pretty sure you need on at night if you are clocking speed.
The fact that he didn’t have his lights on doesn’t matter in court. Even if he had his lights on, you still were speeding. Just suck it up and pay the ticket. You’re looking at 150-270 dollars depending on your state.
Edit: Your state is Ohio…which I’m not sure of.
