Ohio Speeding Ticket Prices
2008
Why raise my speeding ticket?
well for a while back has a speeding ticket going 70 in a 55 and my ticket price was 166 in Ohio. the date of my ticket was as October 3rd. Is it right for me to raise ticket prices?
Traffic fines are a good base, then add the court costs. In the city where I work, 70 to 55 carries a fine of $ 30, but after court costs are added, the fine is $ 88.30. These fines are added administrative costs, even if it goes to court. You can see an example of this in the link below: http://www.dot.wisconsin.gov/statepatrol/enforcement/citation-fees.htm If the fine is overdue, you can add additional administrative costs. You can even make an order or suspend your license for nonpayment. If that is what happened, must contact the court immediately. If you do not have the money, which usually is granted an extension or allow him to make payments on time.
