Speeding

I was summoned to court because of a speeding violation in Ohio. What will happen?

So basically I was arrested 83 ago a 55. Police issued me a ticket but it was a summons to go to court. I've only had one entry in my life and that was nearly four years. I know there are special laws for violations for speeding 20 mph + over the speed limit. But I wonder, what is probably going to happen once you go to court Any input would be greatly appreciated!
