How often do speed limit signs need to be posted? (Ohio)?
Hi, I just got a ticket for going 41 in a 25 zone, however there was no speed limit sign present for 1.3 miles, so I really thought the limit was 40 given the flow of traffic. I was just wondering if anyone knew if there is a law requiring speed limit signs to be posted every so often. Any information regarding speed limit signs would be greatly appreciated.
Additionally this occurred in a National Park and the police officer said that there are speed limit signs posted every 2/10 of a mile. But there weren’t!!!
