Oklahoma Speeding Ticket Cost

Are you required to sign a complaint if you feel is right?

I was speeding this morning, driving about 39 mph on a 30 mph zone. I stopped. Police said he was driving 40 mph in 30 mph zone and the zone of 40 mph. However, when he wrote the citation does not correspond with what he said. The ticket said I was driving 52 mph in a 30 mph zone. He said he had challenged, but his tone changed and changed his story. I signed it. Now I know that it will cost. Is there any way to contest a ticket? What would have happened if I did not sign? Oklahoma State, if any difference.

You have to sign the citation, even if you disagree with him. There is an admission of guilt, is an acknowledgment of receipt of the subpoena.
