Oklahoma Speeding Violations

Going to court for traffic violation?
So a month before I'm out of the military, I get a traffic ticket for a violation of speeding over 20 mph. The fine is quite strong at $ 275 so I wonder if it's worth actually appear in court. I I ask because I want to go home as soon as registration and the court date is not for each other month. The last thing I want to do this is to stay here in Oklahoma a month for no reason. Maybe I should clarify, I'm not looking to avoid paying the fee. The only thing I'm really concerned about is to persuade the judge to dismiss the points on my record, if I am more than willing to little in my email for verification.
about 95% of the time it's still going to have to pay the fine, the only thing to go to the court that the judge does is to give points for that insurance does not go up. take the driving school and get rid of the points can then go home. Just call the clerk of courts office in the county where he got the ticket and tell them that you plan take the driving school.
