If you pay my speeding ticket too late?

I have an old speeding ticket well in Los Alamos, New Mexico. Who and where I can contact to pay for this? I guess it will be very expensive. I moved at that point and simply lost the ticket and forgot the incident (2 years). I learned of a warrant when viewing an attorny about other financial matter. What court do I contact to make arrangements for payment?
