The best approach for New York State Speeding Ticket (81 to 65)?

I live in Ontario, Canada and has a good driving record but I have booked to go 81 in a 65. Very ridiculous ticket as I was driving very safe, but in any case .. What should I do? It's $ 500 to get a lawyer to go to court for me, but is it worth? This is a four-hour drive for me to get.
