I was driving in Washington this morning and got pulled over for doing 64 mph in a 50 mph zone.
- i am 17 years old
-NOTHING on my record
- and i’m from Oregon
… he fined me $144… is that a lot??

If he had written you for 15 over the limit that is considered Reckless Driving and the fines are almost double.
