"I can get an Australian passport if …..?

I have an outstanding arrest warrant for speeding fines? Anyone with experience with this?! I have to travel abroad for a training conference for work and I worry I will not get my passport! omg i people have a speeding fine, I'm not going to jail for a speeding fine lol australias are already overcrowded jails with rapists and murderers and drug trafficers, I moved to another which is the why the order was issued because I have not paid because I did not know! my goodness people get a grip!
