Speeding

I have court tomorrow in PA for a speeding ticket .. I do not want any points on my record. Please help!?

I was going 20 miles over the limit, but I was going at high speed for only a short distance. Once I realized, I slowed down and that's how I reach the police. I have a clean record, and this is the first time he stopped by a policeman. But tomorrow is my day in court and I do not know how to approch the prosecutor or judge. I do not want any point (my insurance will go up). Any ideas?
