I received a speeding ticket in PA, my license is from New Jersey. How many points? Will my insurance be affected?

I received a ticket in the state of NY, but my license from New Jersey. The ticket was 20 miles (85 in area 65) the limit. I went to court and the judge said that the reduced 5 miles but she made a mistake that I did not originally notice. the judge wrote 80 in a 55 zone. so now I have 25 over the limit. How many points do I get? will this affect my insurance? indeed this is my first offense
