pace clock speeding
can you beat a pace speeding ticket?

Basically this cop is saying he clocked me at 42 in a 25 mile zone saying that is was posted and by pace. after looking this up I was wondering if I could contest it. the scenario is mainly it was 7:39pm at night I’m going down this 25 mile road and I see this car coming down behind me now technically we went by a street speedometer that registers if you are going over 25 miles and still no ticket he waits until i’m about half a mile away to give me the ticket by saying he registered with pace. Now this is also a road with hills so i was going up and down the road is it possible I can argue that as i was going down how he could possible get an “acurate reading” if i was going down the hill on the road when he was going up the hill and if I was speeding why not give it to me after the radar. just throwing this out to see if i stand any chance this is my first time having a pace ticket?

Have him prove that his speed exactly matched yours and for proof that his speedometer is calibrated.
